Mona Yoon has experience in both Technology and Marketing, primarily in end-user software, digital and new media technology, and quality assurance, SaaS. Mona’s experience also encompasses marketing strategy and tactical planning, program development and implementation, product development and positioning, consumer behavior, market research and sampling methodologies.
Mona’s prior role included being a QA Team Lead, where she helped champion, facilitate, and implement processes that were cost-effective and efficient in meeting corporate business objectives, while generating the revenue pipeline for key markets. As part of a chosen team member for DevOps, Mona was responsible in assisting with complex projects, which included managing a team for the company’s SQL Server migration to Azure, and building the first online expert platform that gained Industry recognition. In parallel, Mona has been involved as a freelance Business and Marketing Consultant, assisting local incubators and small businesses within the retail, professional services, non-profit, NGO, tourism & travel, and restaurant/hospitality sectors.
Mona has earned her B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Michigan, and holds an MBA in Marketing, Graduate Honors, from Regis University.
