BOOK ITAbsolutely. You do not need a technical background to work with Skapa. We work with teams across the damage prevention industry at all levels of experience, and our approach is built around meeting you where you are.
Our goal is not to deliver something and walk away. We want to leave your team with a real understanding of how AI fits into your work and the skills to use it effectively going forward. Every engagement is tailored to match your team's background, so the content always feels practical and relevant, not overwhelming.
It depends on which type of engagement you select. Training engagements are typically delivered across multiple sessions. In-person trainings are typically delivered within 1-1.5 day sessions. AI Executive Coaching is structured as two sessions per month, designed to give senior leaders ongoing support as the AI landscape continues to evolve. Other engagements like Opportunity Discovery and Assessment and Roadmap are scoped based on your organization's specific situation and goals.
Across all of them, we will work with you to build a schedule that fits your team and ensures you get the full value out of the time we spend together.
We do both. Remote sessions run 2–4 hours. For full-day or hackathon-style training, we recommend in person. Just let us know what suits you best and we will build around that.
